With our latest update, you can create an order and let Autowork’s new scheduled invoicing take care of the rest.
We are now making invoicing easier and more efficient by moving it from BackOffice into Autowork – along with a lot of updates that make your workday easier.
So how does it work? Create an order, mark it for invoicing and Autowork will do the rest. You have full flexibility and can send the invoices directly or collect them and send weekly, monthly or when it suits you and your customer best. On each customer’s customer card, you simply set the specific frequency of invoicing.
If you are connected to our additional service with Cloud Invoicing from Pagero, the invoice is automatically sent in the format set on the customer card.

Autowork also gives you a clear overview of which invoices are paid and unpaid and provides statistics via attractive graphs that are both easy to understand and useful. In addition, the payment is automatically registered in Autowork when an invoice is paid and you can post it at the touch of a button, which saves time and reduces the risk of errors and missed payments.
