The rollout will take place step by step, customer by customer, during August, and our goal is to have everyone transferred before the season really gets underway in September.
We know that such a big change can involve some teething problems, and we understand that this may have created additional questions and challenges for you. Our support team has therefore been reinforced with more staff who are actively helping with start-ups, training and day-to-day support – all to make the transition as smooth as possible.
