Easy to navigate design

The calendar has been customised to resemble the best calendars on the market with agenda, day, week and month views. Opening hours and breaks are displayed clearly and in colours of your choice. The calendar shows whether the customer has checked in, whether the job has been completed and whether the customer has paid.

SMS/e-mail

Booking confirmations can be sent both via SMS and email. In the confirmation, the customer sees their booked time and has the option to rebook if the time is not suitable. Autowork keeps track of all bookings and rebookings to give you full control. If you remove a booking at the workshop, your customer will be notified via SMS and e-mail.

Booking

Enter the registration number and Autowork brings up the vehicle, shows if there are wheels in the tyre hotel or on order connected. A quick menu of services calculates the time required and the driver is presented as a suggested contact. The same view manages where the customer has parked their car and whether the customer has checked in or should be queued.

Do you have subsidiaries or are you part of a chain?

Autowork has a unique booking engine that allows you to share all or part of your calendars with others. If your company shares its calendar with other branches, all information about bookings is visible. If you share with other companies within e.g. your chain, information that is GDPR-sensitive is hidden. Online booking and call centres can be connected via our comprehensive API.

Our queuing system allows you to combine bookings with your drop-in customers in a seamless way. You decide which calendars accept drop-ins and which do not. You can even distribute your queue across multiple lifts for optimal flow and reduced downtime in your workshop.

You decide which calendars to offer online, which services and whether the calendar accepts bookings for your tyre hotel. The online booking can be customised so that rebooking can be completely free or limited to the last allowed booking date.
