Kerridge Commercial Systems Ltd acquires Compilator and expands its operations into Scandinavia and Northern Europe

Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS), a global ERP and business management software provider for the Distributive Trades has reached an agreement to acquire Compilator (Sweden, Finland and UK). The acquisition of Compilator is a strategic investment for KCS, supporting its strategy of growth into new regions and further expanding its offering to the automotive industry.

Specifically, the combined KCS entity will be a leading provider of business management solutions to tyre retailers and wholesalers in Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, and the North American markets serving over 13,000 locations in the tyre and auto service sector.

KCS is a market-leading and award-winning ERP and business management software solutions provider with over 35,000 customers worldwide, focusing on the needs of particular sectors such as Construction, Automotive, Industrial, Electrical, Food, Equipment rental and other verticals of The Distributive Trades. the automotive, distribution, retail and equipment hire markets. The tyre sector being a key vertical for KCS.

Compilator has been delivering ERP solutions to customers within the tyre industry for over 25 years. It prides itself on providing an excellent service to its customers. As part of the KCS group, it now has access to the full range of KCS products, solutions and expertise to offer even greater benefits to its customers. This acquisition brings an additional 1,100 customers and 2,000 locations to the enlarged group, bringing the total number of customers to over 35,000 worldwide.
